What is Small Group Soccer Training (SGST)?
Small Group Soccer Training is a performance-based program for dedicated young athletes looking to elevate their conditioning. With only 8 participants per session, athletes receive coaching while benefiting from the competitive energy and support of training with peers at their level. Our program integrates soccer-specific conditioning, technical skill development, strength training, and mental toughness training in a focused environment that accelerates improvement. Each session is designed to enhance speed, agility, strength, and soccer intelligence, distinguishing good players from great ones.

Q: Can my child still attend if they're new to competitive soccer?
A: Absolutely! Our small group format allows us to work with all skill levels, from beginners to advanced, with attention for each athlete.
Q: What's the difference between the age groups?
A: The 8-13 group focuses on fundamental skills and athletic development, while the 14-18 group emphasizes advanced conditioning and competitive preparation.
Q: What if my child can't make their designated boys/girls week?
A: The alternating schedule is maintained for optimal group dynamics and development. You will need to attend the next available session for your child's appropriate age and gender.
Q: Is this training suitable for travel team players?
A: Yes! Many of our athletes play for competitive clubs and use our training to gain additional skill development and conditioning.
Q: What happens in bad weather?
A: We have an enclosed indoor facility, so weather rarely affects training. However, if conditions become severe enough to create unsafe travel situations, we may postpone or reschedule the session.
Q: Can parents watch the training sessions?
A: Absolutely! Parents are welcome to stay and watch their athlete's development or wait in their car. However, parents are not allowed to leave the premises. Trainers and coaches are not responsible for unattended kids.

Q: What if my child has behavior issues during training?
A: We have clear expectations and consequences. Most athletes respond positively to our structured, supportive environment.
Q: Do you provide soccer balls and equipment?
A: We have training equipment available, but athletes should bring their own ball, shoes, water, and towel.
Q: Is this training year-round?
A: Yes! We train throughout the year to ensure consistent development and maintain conditioning between seasons.
Q: How do I know which session time is best for my athlete?
A: Begin with their age group (8-13 or 14-18). Your child will participate in the session that matches their appropriate age and gender.
Q: Can siblings of different ages train together?
A: Athletes must train in their appropriate age group for safety and developmental reasons, even if they're siblings.
