Refund Policy

Return Policy for Forevolution Fitness
Effective date: July 22, 2024

Thank you for choosing Forevolution Fitness for your fitness journey. We strive to provide high-quality services and products to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Subscription Services

 

Monthly Memberships:
If you cancel your membership within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
After the 7-day period, all subscription fees are non-refundable, and your subscription will continue until the end of the billing cycle.


Trial Periods:
If you sign up for a free trial period you may cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be billed for the subscription.

Digital Products (Workout Plans, etc.)
Digital products are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you encounter any technical issues or if the product does not meet the described specifications, please contact our support team within 15 days of your purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Merchandise
Physical Products (Apparel, Equipment, Supplements, etc.):
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
For refunds, please contact our customer service to initiate the return process. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Personal Training Services
If you have purchased personal training sessions and wish to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice to receive a full refund for unused sessions. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are dissatisfied with a training session, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss concerns. We will work with you to address the issue or offer a credit for future sessions.

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at info@forevolutionfitness.com with the following information:
Your name
Order number
Date of purchase
Reason for the refund request

Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
