Welcome to
Forevolution Fitness
This is more than a gym. This is where transformation begins — physically, mentally, and permanently. FOREVOLUTION Fitness was built with one goal: to help real people achieve real results through focused, personalized training and an unshakable commitment to growth.
Our Journey
FOREVOLUTION FITNESS started from a deep desire to offer something different: purposeful programming and real coaching. That focus attracted a community of people who wanted more than a one-size-fits-all training. As membership and demand increased, Forevolution broadened its services and coaching capacity while preserving the same attention to progressive training programs and sustainable results.
Our Mission
We're here to change the way people train — and how they see themselves. Our mission is to help you build lasting strength, confidence, and discipline through custom fitness programs and focused coaching. Whatever training path you choose, we meet you where you are — and guide you forward with purpose.
Our Approach
Consistency drives everything in these programs. Sessions are planned with intention, tailored to objectives and capacity, and modified to fit busy schedules. Whether private or group training, we bring intensity without chaos, attention without ego, and results without gimmicks. We put in the prep, the detail, and the accountability — so you get what you came for: progress that sticks.

The Real Talk: My Transformation Story
For years I battled self-sabotage. I worked a bunch of different jobs—bus driver, car technician, welder—while always keeping soccer close to my heart and coaching when I could. I wanted more, but becoming a personal trainer felt out of reach. Then a welding accident cost me the tip of a finger and forced me to rethink everything. Needing work, I kept sending out applications and did some real thinking about my next move.
During that break I kept coming back to the one thing that made me feel decent about myself: exercise. I applied at a gym, got hired in sales, and used every chance I could to work with clients. While studying for my certification, training people felt natural and rewarding. Once I got my certification I moved on to coaching full-time and eventually launched my own business in Forevolution Fitness.
Finding My Purpose Through Curveballs
For years I battled the cycle of starting and quitting—making excuses, letting injuries become roadblocks, and never fully committing. I was stuck in that loop, and I felt the frustration and shame that comes with falling short of your goals. Losing opportunities and hitting low points taught me hard lessons about responsibility, resilience, and the small choices that add up.
Family & Balancing the Chaos of Real Life
My life is real and busy. I’m married with two kids: a 7-year-old son with autism who teaches me patience and perspective, and a 3-year-old daughter who keeps me moving. Finding time to train isn’t always easy, but I make it work—and that’s why I know how to help clients who are juggling work, family, and life.
My Mission for You
My mission is to build a training space where honesty, effort, and relationships matter more than trends and machines. I want to give people coaching that actually matters and what helps them move freely without pain or stiffness —where free weights, simple programming, and accountability help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident.
More Than Just a Trainer
My goal is simple: help real people get real results. I want to create clear, sustainable progress for busy parents, athletes, and anyone who’s tried before and got stuck. I focus on practical plans that fit life, not perfect programs that only work in theory.
Coaching Philosophy
I’ve worked in the big-box gym system and saw how trainers can be boxed in by rules and quotas. I run a different model: hands-on coaching, real relationships, and workouts that are tough but enjoyable. I bring energy, encouragement, and a touch of fun—hyping clients up, laughing through hard sets, and celebrating every win.
Commitment to Progress
I promise to be in your corner. I take my work seriously because I know some people come to me as a last resort. I’ll give you honest coaching, real accountability, and a plan that fits your life. Growth isn’t instant, but it’s possible with steady effort and someone who believes in you.
If you’re tired of giving yourself outs and ready to try again, let’s get to work. I’ll help you build the fitness foundation you need—one consistent step at a time.
Let's make this transformation one worth celebrating.
